It is a Wool Rich mountain jacket of the 1970s.

◎ Silhouette and details
A raglan sleeve specification that the shoulder falls cleanly with a feeling of length enough to hide the hips.
The front is a zipper and button. The front has four velcro pockets. A hand warmer pocket is also included on both sides of the lower pocket.
A draw code is placed on the inner waist, and the silhouette can be adjusted.
The sleeve width can be adjusted with Velcro for the cuffs.

It is unknown because the notation has disappeared, but it is probably a cotton nylon material. The outer material is a basic beige color, and the lining is a deep red color.
The batting seems to be used by polyester.
