This is an antique French blouse around the 1920s.
The front desk can be opened and closed with a button. Cut work frills to hide the button. Pintack pleated and cut work on the left and right of the front. Small collars are pretty atmosphere with frills. The sleeve is also a beautiful one with a delicate and fine cut work.
